Halloween!!!

 Here is Matti and Sophie at our trunk or treat in the ward. After they were all worn out and got lots of candy, they wanted to hand out the candy.

Here are all the cousins(those that are here) ready to go trick or treating. Oh man, are the excited!!!!! Matti was a butterfly. We had the wings and i bought a leotard(pink of course) and we made the anntannes out of a head band and ryan got some springs and i spray painted some foam balls and screwed them in the springs. She was adorable!!! And little Sophie, she was a biker chick of course!!! She rocked that outfit!!!I got a leather pant and jacket suit from a thrift store several years ago and matti had worn that one just 2 years ago. Cute little girls!!!

 This is me and Ryan just waiting......and waiting.....and waiting like i always do for my sweet baby to decide she wants to come out. I am always, or so far have been induced all 3 times. More for my own selfish reasons wanting to be done and terrified to go on my own. I know, i am weird like that.

 After about 7 hours of sitting and waiting and getting an epiderral that still did NOT work like it should and throwing up because of it, I was told i was ready to push! yay, i always look forward to that part not just to have the baby, but for some WEIRD reason, i love love love to do the whole labor part. It is NEVER easy, and is always really long and hard, but i just love to do it and the result is just the best thing ever. Better than chocolate!!!! =)I only pushed for about 20 minutes which was AWESOME!!! He said it wouldnt take long, but i just didnt believe him because i was told that with Matti and Sophie and i pushed for many hours
                                    
 with them. But it was true, 20 mintues!!!!The labor part was easy, but their were fun complications afterward. I wont get into too much details, but clotting and pushing on my belly FOREVER(worst pain i have ever felt), and lots of throwing up, and then stitches even though i didnt tear with the labor part.....yep, lets just say that the Dr had to get the blood clotts out with his hand.Oh, the joy of having a baby!!!!

Here is my Dr( Dr Jackson) which is my sisters's best guy friend growing up who i knew VERY well. Awkward you might ask? Actually no. At first i thought it might be, but i knew how much he actually cared about me and my baby and it was fun seeing him every visit and just chatting.And my nurse, Sunny.......she was the BEST!!!!!

STARTING OVER!

I have a wonderful friend who i won't name.....ehemmm.....EMILY, who inspired me to blog more. I saw how she got her blogs made into these AWESOME books and they are pretty much her journaling for her and for her kids and family. And since i am NOT the greatest at developing pictures, journaling or any of that sort i decided i need to get into this blogging thing once more. So, after someone hacking into my other blog i have to start over with this one which is really sad cause i lost all of those posts, but oh well, life goes on. So here i am starting over with the birth of Samantha. I thought that would be a good place to start over.

I came into matti's room the other night and saw her reading a book to sammi. Oh my goodness! Why don't you just melt my heart! Matti is so dang cute with her. She just loves to read to her, carry her( i know, scary sometimes! ) and make her laugh! And Sammi adores matti. Whenever she comes around her face lights up! Here she is sitting up for the first time by herself at almost 6 months old.

Thumb sucker

So, i HAD a thumb sucker in which i thought was SOOOOO dang cute! But in my head i was like "i dont want to have to cut her thumb off! " and NONE of my kids have ever taken a binki.......until NOW!!! yay!! I randomly tried sticking the binki in her mouth about a month ago again and this time it finally made sense to her!!! I gotta say i really am loving this binki thing. I never thought i would!

oh how i love this little baby. Just when you think you can't love any more, it always sneaks up on me and i find myself loving her even more. She really is getting so much fun and giggles and looks at me like she is just so in love with me. yeah well, I am in love with you too Sammi!! =)
